Can anyone recommend a family holiday destination for a family of four (children three and fourteren months) plus two grandparents where we can have child facilities plus possibility of quiet? We thought of somewhere in France, not to distant from seaports. We'd love to go to Minorca but relatively cheap holidays don't seem possible with normal packages.
